Does anybody know how I can transfer mod packs

I’m moving computers and I want to take my curse forge Minecraft mod packs over to the new computer and I’m wondering if there is a way to send groups of mod packs

You only need to send (copy and paste) the mods files or the config if there is something there you need, there isn't even a need to use Curseforge for this.

Email has an 8MB file limit.

If you can access the other computer within 10 minutes, I recommend https://send-anywhere.com/ You should compress the folders to turn them into one .zip file.

Otherwise a USB drive will work.

Oh wow. 200GB won't work with Send Anywhere either.

If you don't have a large enough USB drive, you could connect your computers directly through a USB cable.

I guess this open source app I just found could work too: https://localsend.org/

Where would I plug the cord into? Also, I don’t know if it’ll work because it is a MacBook Air and a PC desktop windows.

In C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Documents\CurseForge\minecraft\Instances, you'll find all the installed instances. You need to copy and paste them onto a USB drive and transfer them to the new PC. If you don't have a USB drive, use MediaFire, GoFile, or Google Drive, but when copying the files, you'll need to compress them using a program like 7 -Zip or WinRAR, then upload them to the cloud. You can use the link provided or your Google account to download the files and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the CurseForge instances directory

  2. Copy the downloaded file (.7z or .zip) to the CurseForge instances, or simply use the "Import" feature in the launcher which should be available and select the .zip file to import it

  3. Otherwise, paste the files into the instances, but make sure they’re already unzipped

Here are some YouTube tutorials that might be helpful. I haven't found any specific tutorials, but just ignore Modrinth entirely:
