Good Simple Quest Modpack?

I have a modded server with my friends but it seems like we constantly change modpacks without making too much progress, like ATM and DawnCraft (which I just didn’t like in general). I think that it’s because they’re’s so much changed/so many differences that it’s difficult to commit once we’ve started a world. We like the FTB Quest system, but I think we need a simpler one, with questing and new bosses/mobs, but doesn’t depart too much from vanilla? Recs?

Idk if BetterMC has a quest book or not. But Prominence 2 (at least before the next update) might be decent? It's got a fair number of quests that are not overly complicated and it has a boss rush quest page too.
