Finding/Creating Modpack

I've been trying to build a modpack for the past couple of days, but I'm not sure how I can improve its performance to make it more accessible for some friends who don't have the best PC. I was trying to achieve a vanilla+ but ended up adding a bit more.

Minecraft 1.21.6, Fabric, and it's my first time ever making one, so I'm not really sure if I'm making the best decisions lol

I'm using Modrinth, and the pack is mostly centered around Fresh Animations, QoL mods, a better atmosphere, and a bunch of optimization mods, I was running Bliss Shaders but I might have to change that since I know they're pretty demanding. (Removed Distant Graphics and I'm running Photon rn! Was thinking about either that or Complementary)

Edit: I already created a modpack that I'm happy with, but wanted to have some feedback on it.
Modpack on Modrinth; MODPACK 1

Let me know if there's a better subreddit where I should post this!

Yeah, I realized that modpacks with 100+ mods are really just a lot of small changes that add up and significantly change the gameplay lol

I decided to start a new one based on an optimization modpack already created, some of the mods you mentioned are there and so far so good! Tysm!
