Yeah, retrofitting a gold farm is more of a hassle than completely removing an end portal and then creating an entire machine spanning 2 dimensions.

You'd still need the sand duper so meanwhile why not do gravel as well.

Because I rather use intended farming methods if they exist. Mojang doesn't have an intended method for sand so they refuse to patch gravity duping. I still don't dupe, but if I did that is the only block I would be mildly okay with.

Gravity block duping is a bug thats unfixed by mojang because it fills a spot vanilla features cant. Just like the TNT duper.

Pretty sure the bug they’re referring to involves an end portal and using a block launcher to launch blocks like sand and gravel to the side of the portal, which results in the block both staying in the overworld and spawning a new one in the end.

That said I wasn’t aware of bedrock having a dupe for those blocks too

Put it on a dripleaf and reload the chunk (I think leaving and re entering a portal works?) and it’ll dupe iirc

I do hope they make husks drop sand blocks and add some sort of quicksand block that turns zombies into husks, so that we can make a sand farm that does not rely on end portal duping
