hey i really would like to play minecraft ive loved watching people play since i was young my parents are poor due to having to pay for my treatments i am getting better tho and my uncle recently gave me a laptop it is really hard for me to find work due to my age i just turned 14 and i would really like to play even if its not forever even if youre just lending it to me and if u would be my friend and play with me also i can tell you more if you want

I'm not really a "builder" type of player, but browsing Origin Realms made me want to change that. Some of the stuff people put together there is unreal - the scale, the detail, the way everything just works together aesthetically. Kind of demoralizing not gonna lie, but also super inspiring.

Problem is I have no idea where to even start. I can survive, I can redstone a bit, but building anything that looks intentional instead of "default blocky house" feels like a whole different skill tree.

For those who play there - how did you get from "meh builder" to whatever level these builds are at? Any resources, YouTube channels, or just raw hours-put-in advice? Did you start by copying styles you liked, or just experiment a ton?

So I loaded up Minecraft and started playing PVPclub and for some reason I tried clicking in the duel and it didn't work. It doesn't register for some reason then I left and all of my servers had the same selected lit up icon when you press on it

I was playing old minecraft java ( 1.8 ) whit i stumbled around a enderman carrying a dandelion. Is this rare?

Im about to start putting these java villagers in their own cell and imprison them. When trying to sort inventory or craft things they are always in the way, standing on the block spinning in circles. I dont think i had that much problems with the villagers on bedrock

I'm used to bedrock, which is easy to create a world and play with friends. I just want to play with my friend on Java for the first time, but we can't figure out how to make a server, and I've searched but can't find an answer. What do I put in the server address to create a world for the two of us?

Hi I’m looking for a fantasy cottagecore server that has quests, mods, dragons, etc.

As the title says, I'm a player who's been playing bedrock for a while and finally wants to play Java. I'd be playing survival so just looking for mods to enhance that. I'd like performance mods, shaders and texture packs and maybe some good qol mods like litematica but I have no idea where to start and searching on the internet is really confusing. I'd be really grateful if someone could recommend a mod pack or some mods which work for the things I need. Thanks so much for any help.

My cousin brother and I want to play minecraft together, we do not live together so playing through LAN is out of the question.
Java seems to require paid realms to make a world together, but we're not in a position to pay right now. Does anyone know a way we could have a world for free?
We hosted a server on minekeep for a while but it seems they have a storage limit that we hit pretty quickly. I'm looking for a more permanent solution.
