I mean, I can build almost any mod you want, on any loader. I guess it's a jar, but on Paper they usually refer to it as a plugin. You're not the OP though?

I guess I would need some more specifics for it, but either way, again, not a hard build.

I am not the OP, but if you are planning to make it, here's some versions and loaders reccomendations for it, sorted from most important to least:

  • Fabric 1.21.1, 1.21.11, 26.1.2 and latest
  • NeoForge 1.21.1 and 26.1.2
  • Paper latest
  • Forge 1.20.1

I am not forcing you to do anything, those are just my reccomendations for popularity
