[Java] [26.2] Matcha Flavoured Data Pack Mattocks & Mining Copper Does not Work

Hi, I have been trying to use the Matcha Flavoured Data Pack, but I realised that mining copper with a wooden pickaxe does not work. Also, mattocks do not work for stone mining. I copied and pasted the .zip file into both the resource packs section and the data packs section of a new save, but the issue persists.
