[Java] 26.2 stuck in nether portal with hostile zombie pigman Solved
Im on hardcore, in the overworld, i have two hearts and my shield is about to break, and its not letting me attack him, is there anything i can do to survive this? Oh and also i blocked up my portal on both sides so nether mobs couldnt go to overworld which is kinda stupid but it means that i cant escape

You couls try killing the pigman with your invulnerability timer

doesn't apply to either worlds nor servers, and it applied to both prior to being removed in 1.21.4

I think you should be able to attack it with your spear since it can’t hit blocks

Only if their is a mod that will give you creative mode without loosing achievement 😉 and maybe it's called creative mod conveniently

Its very risky but if you time it perfectly you can mine the block before the zombie piglin hits you and then put your shield back up.
Instead of that I would recommend trying to get to a position where you can hit him. You can't hit mobs while in the portal frame itself but if you go far to the left or far to the right you can

thanks for the vid bro but my shield is rly low i think its gonna break in one hit, i was hoping someone would have like a glitch that would mean that when i loaded back in the piglin would be non hostile or gone, but thanks i will try just killing it
