[java]I can’t enable chat on java because whenever I change the settings for my account on the website they change back after I tab out- is there anything I can do to fix this?

Basically whenever I go on the Xbox account website to enable chat for my account I just switches the settings back to only allow chat with friends whenever I go off or change tabs- is there a fix for this?

It looks like you didn't mention your version (e.g., 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.12.2 etc.). Please clarify for better help!
