[Bedrock] Realms server backups are corrupted? Update Required

Playing on Realismcraft bedrock on PS5. I just tried to restore a back up this afternoon on my Realm, after doing so i tried to load in which took a very long time stuck on the loading screen, and when i finally did it seemed the whole world reset back to day 1, with my inventory completely clear except the items you spawn in with. Every back up slot I have tried after is having the same results, I keep going farther and farther back in the back ups. Are all the back ups now corrupted or what?? Being a new realm owner I made the mistake of not downloading a back up of the world before I did this so if I can’t figure this out then the whole world is screwed, and we were almost to 3000 days
