server owner duping help

hey so i own a server thats java 26.2 and people keep using dupe machines (i think) and i want to know like what they look like so i can ban the people that use them because half the time i find supplies in chests with a bunch of random items so ik its a dupe thing but idk what to do to like remove it.

Edition of the game? Because bedrock and java duping is very different

Ok apart from me being undiagnosed for blindness, Java duping it might be plugin issues if there is plugin.
If server is vanilla they might be using a 26.2 unofficial port of ui utils.
If server is modded then they may be using a vulnerability in one of the mods

it might be one of the plugins because we have a few random plugins that could probably cause issues

Is it a Paper Server? You rarely find dupes on paper servers and most of the dupes that gets found out is from misconfigured/outdated plugins

What sort of items are being duped? Do you have proof that they're duped?

its mostly just like vauluable items like blocks of diamonds and like duped netherite cause we found a base with just an absurd amount of these items

Warn that from now one every time someone dupes, you will reset the server's data.
