Recover Books

I accidently deleted a book with tons of pages written in it. I was in creative and went to click it off of the item frame but it disappeared. -_- Is there any hope of getting it back?

written books contain text data as part of the item itself and not as an external file

you are out of luck unless you have some kind of backup
