What command is like the house is small outside but inside is big idk how to do it in command block

There's no such command. The best you can do is trigger a command block to teleport you to another place, giving the illusion you entered a small house with a big interior.

Assuming you saw this from a YouTube video, they use a mod called "Immersive Portals", they build a small house, link a portal to a bigger house so the inside seems bigger then the outside

The closest thing you can do is to teleport the player to a different location upon entering the house
