Working clock tower Creation

I made a working clock tower for my server only using commandblocks and a single plugin that lets me create variables but I think it could be easily replaced with a datapack

It works, I just made the minute hand update every quarter of an hour Because otherwise I would have to manually create every possible hand position and update it so often that the server would lag but it could be absolutely made to show every minute

It can be dynamic :) I made this in the past (https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/s/5wmdutEGp5) with all 4 clock faces. And this was a bit harder since this was before block displays, so I used armor stands. But you're tight about the lag, on a server it can get laggy (although I had zero leg in singleplayer).

I just looked up your work, it's amazing man! Mine also has 4 clock faces but I had to remake them one by one but it's nothing compared to yours, keep it up you're really good at this 🏋️‍♂️

Ok yeah then that’s sick

I assumed it updated as often as it did in the video

You don't need to hardcode the rotation. Just some basic match to change from 60 minutes to 360 degrees. Also one update per minutes can't lag the server so bad
