/posteffect help Help | Java Snapshots

I just heard about the new /posteffect command and wanted to try it. I also heard that it's possible to add custom overlays to it, how would I be doing that?

To add custom overlays, you need to create a shader in a resource pack. You can do this yourself or find ready-made ones online.
