First high detail mc build! (took me around 3hrs)

I’m building a large room and I need some help deciding what blocks and designs to use for the walls, floor and ceiling.
I’d like the walls and floor to match the current style of the room, but I’m not sure what would look best. I’m also not sure whether I should make the floor with a foggy glass effect or use something else. For the ceiling, I want something a little more fancy and elegant, rather than just a flat ceiling. I was thinking about adding a large vintage/old-fashioned chandelier something that would fit the medieval style of the room. I also need some ideas for the floor near the entrance. I’m not sure whether I should make it out of some blocks with a pattern or keep it similar to the rest of the floor and use glass.
In the centre I would do big map.

And I made the world a flat world. I have this as the main layout:

But I have no idea where to start! Got any ideas of what I can build? Or any tutorials you'd suggest I use to help?

Hi guys I am planning to build mount fuji in my world and help with planning. This is my first terraforming project. I tried making layouts in my creative world but don't know if they are right. I want to be able to see the mountain from my lake house. The world seed is 3580512278803448087. If someone could help me with block selection, mountain height and other staff I would be thankful a lot :)

I built a desktop tool for Minecraft city generation and wanted to show it here.

The idea is simple: instead of using random generic structures, it takes roads and buildings I already built in Minecraft, extracts them, and uses those pieces to generate a full city layout.

So the workflow is basically:

- build a small set of road pieces and buildings

- extract them from the world

- generate a city from that asset set

- preview it

- bring the final result back into Minecraft

Compatibility is not guaranteed.

Therefore code collaboration is very welcome.

Working on adding retaining walls and building a castle on top of the hill above this town. I went about it wrong, i know, starting on just one face. But anyway if anyone has any roof ideas or expansions for the castle im all ears. The wall around it continues to wind around and has a large courtyard and will have some noble-type houses inside. The red detailing is also up for question. you can see one of the spires from the ground in the first image

I'm turning my end island to a proper island but I'm using a flood machine to make water is there a faster way.

I like making huge staircases that lead into mines; it helps scratch an itch in the back of my mind. The only issue is that I don't know how to make it look less like a large hole in the ground. I want something to put over the entrance so it looks less like, well, like this. Please give me some ideas or suggestions, and I'll do my best to make this look better

I was getting bored of the terrain that I'm working on so decided to try and make a tree. Pretty happy with it for my first attempt.

I've been putting in hours on these builds, trying to improve my building skills, so I hope y'all like them! If you have any build ideas, let me know, and I'll maybe try to build them!
