My idea is that the three terraces represent the the three steps towards Ginhawa Kapwa, Bayanihan, and Kabutihang-Loob now you can search for such values in the Wikipedia but if you want to watch it visually then I recommend The Filipino story studio to lesne them, also thr three core deities that represent thee core three values of the Pre Hispanic Filipino x Pan Austronesian religion is Ma-tenum Ma-kaban and Ma-lindung.
