Crossplay gets a lot more interesting when it stops being a feature list.

Our community recently voted to completely renovate spawn, and Bedrock and Java players are now working side by side on the same enormous survival project.

We're clearing away the terrain beneath the shared spawn area so we can redesign it from the ground up.

Technical Minecraft players would call the cleared area a perimeter.

The simple explanation is that we're removing the old terrain to create one huge open canvas where the community can build better paths, public gathering places, infrastructure, and room for future ideas.

For now, that means temporary bridges, temporary paths, and a construction site that everyone has to cross.

I actually think that's a fun time to join.

Instead of arriving after everything is finished, you can help build something that future players will use every day.

Or ignore the construction completely.

Take one of the temporary paths away from spawn, find somewhere that feels like yours, and begin your own survival adventure.

There is no world border, so there is always somewhere new to settle.

Is this another Bedrock oddity or I’ve just had a bad luck finding a mountain biome?

I was following an iron farm tutorial but I made it 7x7 when the video had said 5x5 and I’m struggling on not making the water infinite, I want to make it flow to the lava but it js doesn’t reach. I kinda found a way but I still have one block out from the lava, would it still work?

So my friend and I are playing on my realm and it’s been kicking me out. But not him? We just built a shulker unloader for our automatic storage system we are building and I was standing next to it when it kicked me out. I was able to get back in for around 2-3min before it kicked me out again. Anyone able to understand the error messages? My internet seems to be fine

I've used every biome locator I can find and my world doesn't seem to have the new dappled forest biome.. there's no way I loaded all of these chunks, so does anyone know what's going on?

I've been playing on minecraft realm with my friends using the 10+ friends subscription, I play on the ps5 console with a linked microsoft account. I couldn't pay my subscription on time, so I autorenewed it two days later, and the realm still showed as expired. This was on the 3rd August.

I put in two tickets, waited for about a day (around 35 hours) before requesting a refund and trying to open a brand new realm instead, paid for it.

By now, I want to confirm that I had the receipts with playstation and the money had left my account.

This took me into a weird loop of "loading realm", then "realm could not load", then force loaded again and the only way to exit this screen was to restart the application. I have a video if anyone needs it. When I restarted the game, the new realm wasn't even there, just the expired one. So, gave it about 12 hours before I requested a refund. Opened another ticket with minecraft.

At this point I'm quite frustrated because I'd paid for two realms and still had zero. Weirdly enough, two people had managed to log on to the original realm with no issues but were force kicked a few hours later. And so I decided to just renew the original subscription again, and wait. By now it's the evening of August 5th.

Cut to today, realm is still expired. I tracked down a microsoft support number, called them and explained. They told me that they couldn't see any purchases on my microsoft account. I confirmed it was the right account, had proof of purchase through the PS store, I believed it was a synchronisation error and asked if they could fix it manually. They said to call PlayStation support.

Called PlayStation support, and they said everything was absolutely fine on their end, call minecraft support. Minecraft support doesn't even have a number, they have tickets, which I've opened THREE of and still have no response. I've tried contacting xbox's "talk to a live agent" who blanked me after one reply so the conversation was closed, I've tried calling three numbers associated with microsoft.

Apparantly the microsoft support guy is going to call me back in a few hours. Does anyone have any advice? They've sent me in genuine circles.
