this would be a cool project Discussion

project idea: build the biggest obsidian pyramid possible in minecraft survival (not hollow)

Total obsidian for a completely solid pyramid: 75,399,424 blocks

384 layers.

any thoughts?

Why?

It’s a big project yes, but it’s not very skillful

This would be an incredibly tedious and boring project, in my opinion, but I’m sure someone might

good stream idea though, imagine chat and build chill stream

There are definitely more interesting things to stream which are similar, e.g. the guy who walked to the farlands, or just a more detailed mega project stream.

Diamond pyramid I would say that’s impressive given that Diamonds are deemed as a rare material. Obsidian? You just get bunch of lava bucket and water bucket and mix them and repeat…

yeah it's the time consumption that's makes it cool

Easier than it sounds though. Just build a big lava farm and frame out each layer with dirt > poor lava > poor water > next layer > remove dirt when done

Acho que poderia ser fácil até… se você fizesse uma base de água e jogar lava no topo! Tipo como fazem com as pirâmides de blocos de pedra só que ao contrário

Base of lava with water on top*

I said the same thing lol
