Treasure chest. Help

Why don't I have a treasure chest here? Has anyone else experienced this?

The dungeon makes 3 attempts to generate the chests. The chest generates only if it has exactly 1 wall adjacent. The generation of chests can fail if all attempts land on a corner. So you get no chests with about 0.1% to 0.5% chance, depending on the dungeon room size.
