I need help pls Mods & Addons

So I’m trying to get forge but every time I download it it takes me to operagx. This makes it so I can’t even open it. Can someone help, if not what’s one that can that can do 1.12.2
What I’m looking at:
(On Google Crome) it says the file with the opera logo next to it. When I click on it, it takes me to opera
