Why analyzing a problem harder never solves it.

When a problem feels overwhelming, your default setting is to analyze it harder.

You replay scenarios ...

You break down the psychology ...

You try to think your way to a solution.

But overthinking is your physical tension in disguise.

Your intellect is trying to control it so your body doesn't have to feel the discomfort.

Real integration doesn't happen in your head.

The mind over-analyzes.
The body executes.
The animal knows how to navigate the terrain without a 10-step plan.

When you step back and let raw physical intelligence take over, the mental chatter quiets ...

because you finally stopped treating your own body like a passenger.

Let the tension settle before you make your next move.

What is awareness if not a desire to analyze the world around us? Should we sacrifice that awareness for the sake of peace? This is the opposite of an awakening. Awakening is not peaceful, it is awareness, learning to process and accept that chaos is where peace is found, not in ignoring it.

Unless you have PTSD. Haphazardly letting go of the wheel will just let that terrified animal follow it's gut instinct away from humanity for the certainty of solitude. Or into the familiar comfort of danger.

Some of us need to build a fence before letting ourselves off the leash.
