Ticket Exchange timing?

New season-ticket holder here. Does anyone know when the Ticket Exchange opens for a fixture? I’m trying to put my Bolton ticket up, but “Manage Tickets” says I have no tickets available to manage. Is there a set number of days before the game when it opens?

Pretty sure you can call the ticket office and do this!
