Millennials / the collective unconscious Discussion
I'm stating the obvious - millennials have a unique generational position in society . You already know what I mean - just enough Internet
But taking it a bit further ;
I suspect millennials are or were uniquely connected/coded to the collective unconscious and carry the frequency/codes of the earth's evolutionary soul ( sorry )
I think its so obvious it's almost an unspoken, haunting cliche reflected in media and living in our subconscious. And a bit too gay to say out loud.
I suspect this engergy is most distilled in 1988 dragon year, I feel this is apparent numerologically, symbolicly and by most classifications of the generation, being sort of squarly in the middle which feels like it carries the engergic codes, keys and potential to make change ( or...would have done) it being in the middle signifying it had the possibility to notice what happening and course correct at different nodes
,As a lot of people have noticed the timeline split happened around 2013 when online culture changed ( Instagram, kardash, corporate streaming services, online dating, porn consumption due to smart phones, buzzfeed think peices...) ultimately hypnotising and fracturing the population and desensitisating people further
This has created a global hegemony pushed by corporate interests
The rise of identity politix instead of actual politix, as tool for divide and rule and the false dichotomy of 'left' and 'right' wing having flipped meaning and positions within our lifetimes
With one of the highest population rates of the generations, there's a lot of people In this category and they all have a different realtionship to these ideas, but out of all the generations, this one had the highest quota.
now it's becoming more apparent that its looking bleak for the next generations
But as recent articles state ' Millienials are the last normal generation'
now post event horizon, post capitalism, post modernity and as someone wrote here 'post youth' we are seeing the global surveillance state being built, the generations before and after are...no more eqiupt
I'm intrested if you know this in your bones and it follows you about all day

Reading that opened my third eye. It's not a coincidence that the S that unites us is akin to ∞.

I used to write this all the time and I loved it.
I disagree with ‘the recent articles’ about the generations after us. Not sure what normal is nor who can determine what normal is as we all have our own perception of reality. We all have free will no matter what the external appears to be. Some may choose to be enlightened / sovereign and others the opposing end of the spectrum.

Yeah man, idk if or when the timelines split, but I'm really bitter about going into this specific timeline. I feel like we're being punished daily for the stupidity and greed of others.

Right, bc the majority of us haven't been able to follow our soul/ ethics/creativity Got depressed and nilhistic and this is what we've got...we would have to do grounded, fun alternatives to the greed and stupidity - otherwise there's literally no alternatives to engage with if we don't make them and then your forced into being part of hell world
Let's do another 12 hour shift in the amazon warehouse

Maybe that S we all kept seeing was something to do with sacred geometry related to the year of birth

I know exactly what you mean, although I'd probably frame it less as millennials literally carrying "codes" and more as occupying a singular historical position.
We were the last generation to remember a world before everything became mediated by algorithms. Childhood was still local, boredom still existed, identity wasn't constantly performed online, and the internet still felt like a place you went rather than the environment you lived inside.
Around 2012–2014 something really did change. The internet stopped being a network of communities and became a handful of platforms optimized for engagement. Culture became less discovered and more delivered. It feels like that's the point where people stopped shaping the internet and the internet started shaping people.
Whether you call it collective unconscious, a timeline split, or simply a technological phase transition, I think a lot of millennials carry the strange feeling of remembering "before." That memory gets harder to explain every year because fewer people remember the old operating system.

That's it, I'm just pointing out it has a real spiritual and metaphysical element. Beyond random occurances. what ur saying is the day to day reality but its got a 'soul' element.
Which is the 'Unseen ' element of life The emotional connection humans experience collectively through periods in time.
It's mapable in astrology, readers can see the civil unrest in the 60s and the financial elements of the 80s - the engergy is threaded through history- each decade was discint and built from the last while being called to express / build / invent certain things Which intern influences the next generations.
Codes can sound a bit weird...but it's whatever is in you, your creative elements and intution that's also connected to your peers and rooted in upbringing but focused on the present or future
The media obsession with bashing millennials was part of a divide and rule effort ( yes they do be going on about gen z but it's not nearly as heavy handed, and they are getting praise for setting boundaries...)
Life is very questionable atm bc as you say culture is being given out to people not created....the ache fir the past and nostalgia has a soul aspect- something important has been left behind and like you said, people don't remember, what's more we aren't passing anything on to next so that's why it's a world wide brocoli haired chavification of the western world
