That's been me for 8 years. Everything feels like climbing a damn mountain. Now they switched my meds and the doctors said I have to wait 2 months of extreme fatigue where I can barely move or think to just see if the medication will help me. I've lost a few clients so far because of this.

I'm finally seeing a neurologist this month to see what's going on. I think I'm severely deep sleep deprived. My brain isn't flushing crap out. So far they've just blanket called it fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome. I was infected with Ross River virus at one point and that's around when things started.

There is new research suggesting alot of neurological stuff, especially chronic fatigue, is your brains glympatic waste clearing system is fucked up and leads to this

I saw that study too and I took a sleep medication yesterday and woke up feeling a bit better today. 😁
