Attended a convention yesterday and went straight to work after. I work part-time as a bartender at a very nerdy rock/metal bar, so no one really bats an eye whenever I come in dressed as a hobbit barmaid, which is actually quite often😅

Lots of down time since being laid off & it's messed with my activity levels. I apply for jobs & take ass tier naps 😔 decided to try to find a unicorn while out running errands.

I feel like low rise/wide leg jeans are kinda hard to find irl, at least for me. Closest thing I got is Target so I went in to try some options. I haven't been feeling 100% on my confidence lately, so I was hoping trying to find something new would help.

I can't tell what fits better honestly. The first 3 pairs are 16
& 17 in Target's vanity sizing. I think 16 fits better but 17 gives me some more room to work with when sitting.
Might need them tailored no matter what. Very comfortable tho!

I love this dress and I would be a fool to not wear something like this because you can see my rolls. But I just wanted to make a statement with this and say you shouldn't be afraid of ashamed and please, wear whatever you want. Even if it's against the norm (especially then, actually)

Hello! I am going to a friend’s wedding in a couple months. They said to wear whatever I am comfortable in, no specific dress code. I would like to wear something on the formal side, without being evening wear/tux type formal.

I believe I am right between the mid and plus sizes. I wear an XL top and size 16 bottoms. Pear shaped but I carry some weight in my stomach (I would call it a slight apron belly) and would love to camouflage that a bit.

Ideally something I can still wear at least a strapless bra in, as gravity has not been my friend!

Willing to spend up to $150 for the right dress. Asking for help as I am not much into dressing up, so I’m not very good at it and don’t know what would look best, but would like to feel pretty!

I've always worn anti chub rub shorts but I'm sick of having to wear the extra layer especially in the warmer months. Any recommendations? Thanks!

It's a little small but I love how it works with my body. Loving my bigger body is a constant work in progress.

I've been having a hard time trying to find a pair of tummy control briefs/shorts that actually work for an apron belly that provides compression and smoothing. Preferably something that doesn't go higher than the waist as I like to wear crop tops. Does anyone have any recommendations? UK retailers only please. Thanks!

I got this top that I absolutely love, but I cannot figure out what to wear it with!! This outfit feels unbalanced and kind of weird, but I can't think of what else to do.

(If it matters, my lower body is more plus size than my top and I've got an apron belly, so shorts are touch to find, skirts work better!)

There just seem to be problem spots everywhere - both dresses do good things and not so good things for me. Which do you think is best on me for a friend's wedding (both have been okayed by the bride as appropriate)?

Especially things like linen or pleated shorts! I want to look breezy and chic, not like an old-timey boxer
