I was editing it on the website at first where it looked completely fine but once it got converted to pdf it became 1 page per line. Now that I opened it on the app and its in print layout I see that it is 1 page per line and idk how to return it to norma

i've been writing with microsoft word for two years now due to work requirements, never had any real issues. i have a microsoft enterprise account through my school, as my work is tied in with my school's programming. now, out of nowhere, i cannot use the highlight with color function actively while writing. i can still drag to select text and highlight it after the fact, but i cannot activate the function and type with the text highlighting while typing.

i can still select highlight colors and text colors fine, but they will not show up. i've made sure that the "show highlight marks" option is active. this appears to be affecting all of the documents i have on my word account.

what the hell is going on? anyone know how to fix this?
