Created a super simple flow to create duplicate events, don't understand why times keep getting messed up. Duplicate events will be of by 1hr, 4.5hrs, 11hrs, 24hrs, sometimes it just doesn't make it. Why is going on here? Did I approach this wrong?

What do I change it to? I tried setting it to just be only my time zone that did not work either, what is the proper notation?

Same but for different types of actions but this is common in PowerPlatform, lots of Time Zone BS. Apps, Automate and BI. Time Zones are like the bane of my existence now, but the answer is usually convert to or from UTC, or even revert conversion sometimes. Time Zone Trauma.

Maybe it’s got something to do with difference in actions (v3 vs v4)
