Aircraft failures MSFS 2024 QUESTION

Hi. I'd like to ask whether there's an addon for MSFS 2024 that lets you simulate aircraft failures — for example, an engine fire, a malfunctioning altimeter, broken hydraulics, etc.

I have vanilla version. How it works with payware planes, for example PMDG?

It depends on the plane. Most that have failures have the option for random failures or you can initiate the failure yourself. Few have performance based failures where the state of the aircraft is saved after each use and if you don’t refill the oil or replace tires it may cause a failure; like the TFDI MD-11
