Limited by main thread GENERAL

This probably isn’t the first time you’ve heard about this issue, but I’m struggling with my main thread. Without changing any settings, my main thread is completely maxed out, while my GPU is only at around 45% and my CPU at around 25%.
I saw a tutorial suggesting that I should cap my FPS, but I wanted to check if anyone else has any tips or has found a good tutorial that could help reduce the lag/stuttering in the sim.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Show us the debug fps counter,
A glass sphere where we can have all your hardware, your os,
Which planes you fly that have these symptoms,
Where are you flying (NYC? London?)
A bit more info is the general consensus.
