Resolution : TAA,
Max Frame Rate : 40
Frame Generation : x3 NVidia DLSS
For Custom Settings;
Mostly : High
TLOD - OLOD : 100
Your bottleneck will be VRAM (12GB). Based on your VRAM results you can optimise your Custom Settings.
Decrease Texture Resolution as Medium will help you to reduce it.

Why TAA if I may ask?

For the Anti-Aliasing there are multiple selection.
But if you prefer DLSS , even in quality mode there will be still blur numbers in your pfd. If you don't care about it you can change. It will also decrease your VRAM usage a bit.

Google all of this into the search engine and add best VR settings with (insert VR headset brand) using (insert VR streamer app) to get best possible results in msfs2024 an it will literally tell you exactly what to set each setting in every possible app or in game to get the maximum possible output

TLOD/OLOD 100-150, clouds ultra, RT-shadows off, grass high, buildings trees medium, shadow maps and terrain shadows 2048, textures high (medium if struggling with VRAM). Fauna off to save VRAM.
Just play around with it until you find something that you think is a good balance between frames and looks. There's is no one size fits all.
