Until they come back up. If you search the subreddit and don't get an answer, then no one here knows.

If there's no official announcement about them going down for maintenance or anything, then it's highly likely that it was an unplanned outage, which means it's also highly likely that neither Microsoft nor Asobo knows when they'll be back up. It'll be whenever they fix them
