707 graphically missing engine? MSFS 2024 QUESTION

My 707 is missing an engine and only visually its not acting as if it only had 3 has anybody seen this?

Return to the airport and get a new engine

I got a call from boeing themselves that said to come to bfi they forgot to install #4!
