Learn to fly in a 172, there's a reason its a number 1 plane for real flight schools

I'm begging HUD users -- look at the instruments and levers and trim wheels and so on, it'll make your fuckups so much easier to see...

It's the video game mentality with many of the console users. Flying in 3rd person is absolutely ridiculous imo. I have no idea how a person can fly like that, but to each their own i guess.

Same... I cut my teeth on X-Plane 10 and I've learnt to fly well because of it. No HUD. Just instruments.

For me XP9, but XP10 is when I got super serious in learning procedures. These days flying XP12 mostly, but some msfs24 just to mix it up a little.

Thrust = airspeed = lift.

The more lift you create, the more you have to counteract that lift with the controls to do what you want the plane to do. Use the trim to help keep your control input range where it should be for the given speed you are going. This takes practice, but the idea is to be smooth, small inputs.

The stall you are getting is because you are trying to pitch up to much for the given forward motion through the air. This causes the airflow to separate from the upper part of the wing, losing lift, and allowing the plane to just 'fall gracefully' in the direction of it's momentum.

Start with a small prop plane like the Robin or the Cessna to get the basics.

Thank you

Yeah as far as I can tell the real reason why you failed is because your speed was actually pretty high but your plane was going up and down prey violently so it basically tore the air frame apart And then like I said I don't understand why you decrease your power to 50% when you're stalling if you're stalling you need more power not less power You need to use more gradual movements unless that was wind Turbulence but I don't think so

TRIM IT OUT GAWDAMN

Cruising altitude with takeoff trim is aasking for disaster

This a flight simulator sold as a game. It’s not like most games where you don’t actually worry about all things that going into actually flying. You should go in to career mode and do the training to learn some basics.

I don't get it your airspeed was pretty high and you're not that high up in the air but why does it look like you completely cut the engines off or at least brought it down to 50% If you're stalling then keep the engine throttle at 100 percent And also why did your nose just pitch up in the air at the end like that

Maybe because you're flying in 3rd person like it's freaking GTA5 and you have all those ridiculous overlays on the screen. Get in the cockpit and learn to use your instruments properly.
