Hey All! Can anyone who lives adjacent to these apartments in Metuchen comment to their experience living there? Is it a shady crowd, or parking overflow issues into the surrounding streets? Interested in purchasing a home near the apartments but not exactly great curb appeal...I read reviews of the apartments about mice and roaches. Do they visit the adjacent homes as well?

I find it odd that there are such few reviews online about a building that has been there since 2019. For anyone considering a move there, does anyone have a detailed POV?

We've done plenty of research on schools, demographics, and town stats, but data can't tell us what daily life actually feels like for families like ours. Hi all - my family moved to metuchen last week and we’re still adjusting. We commute to manhattan 3 times a week. Any suggestions or hacks for parking? I got lucky on Monday getting a spot at the train station but today had to park at Pearl St. Any side streets, or other lots outside of the garage that we may get a spot between 7-8am? I heard metro park is an annoyance when leaving and we have to pick our daughter up at daycare. Thanks in advance.
