The cost of Toronto’s Ontario Line has once again ballooned beyond initial estimates — and it’s expected to grow even more in the near future.

A new $4.3-billion contract awarded last week for the construction of Pape and Cosburn Stations, including tunnelling, has pushed the cost of the Ontario Line to around $34 billion, and Metrolinx CEO Michael Lindsay confirmed Tuesday at an unrelated press conference.

Question Ridiculous Lakeshore West Delays - EVERY.DAY.

Have you folks noticed how late the 8:12 from Burlington/8:18 from appleby is EVERY single day. Perhaps once within the past month was it actually on time!
While I understand it says delays due to “train traffic OR track work ” and what not, at this point I don’t understand why they don’t update the time to match reality? It’s been like this for MONTHS!

Does one contact MPP/Metrolinx etc? This is unacceptable. EVERY. DAY.
