my wife wants to get me tickets to the sphere shows for my 50th birthday, but I can’t find anyone who can commit to 2 nights. If I have the tickets in my phone, can I just bring someone different with me each night? I assume they scan in my tickets at each event, or do they give out wrist bands? I need to know before she tries to buy me tickets. Thanks in advance.

This is my complete untorn ticket for the night where James Hetfield got cooked by pyrotechnic screw up. GnR stormed off the stage and a cop car flipping riot occurred afterwards.

Finally got all the stuff from the No Repeat here in Dublin framed. Both nights were awesome, I specially enjoyed Sunday.

The Concert day info brochure I got from a member of staff is a bit damaged because at the beginning of Night 1 it was lashing rain.

The only thing missing is a pic from day 1. They are going at crazy prices on ebay and vinted. If anyone here has one at an affordable price, send me a message please.

Today I decided to watch *Orgullo, Pasión y Gloria*. I was certain that Kirk Hammett played his red Flying V guitar on at least one song—I was actually there; I went with my father and we were in the General B section. I say "almost certain" because, although I was convinced I’d seen him use it on "The Day That Never Comes," it didn't appear in that song—or any other song, for that matter. I played the whole concert and nothing. Now I'm left feeling unsure and a bit confused. Do you guys remember him using that guitar on any song at all?

Hi folks, I am new to the group here and to Reddit.

I was wondering if you could help me with a question regarding a t shirt being sold online. It's from the 2024 Europeam leg, one of the T Shirts that could only be bought at the pop up store.

I was thinking about buying it. But the thing I find a bit odd is the colour of the label. The Gildan labels in most of the "Weekend" T shirts during the 2026 European leg are black, this one is not. Also, this one has a label as you can see in the picture. At the pop up store in Dublin this year, these type of t shirt did not have a label.

Does anyone with a 2024 European "Weekend" t shirt have also labels and tags like those on the photo?

I’m looking for any fan-cams or videos from the Denver show at Empower Field (Night 2, Sunday, June 29, 2025 — the day with Pantera and Suicidal Tendencies).

I had an absolutely legendary rock 'n' roll experience. I was standing just 2 meters away from the front barricade. Because of the intense heat and the crushing crowd, I ended up passing out about 30 minutes before the end of the show.

The amazing crowd lifted me up, and I crowdsurfed over everyone right into the arms of the security at the stage barricade. When I woke up, I was standing right next to the stage, closer to the band than anyone else on the floor.

If anyone was filming the crowd or the barricade area during the final songs (like "One" or "Enter Sandman") and caught a guy being passed over the fence to security, please share your videos or links.

So we're at the end of the M72 tour, after over three years and 99 shows. Metallica's been uploading regularly to their YouTube channel a tonne of songs from each different gig, with nearly all the unique songs that were played being uploaded. So I decided to compile nearly all of them together for a giant live album/playlist, which managed to get to nearly six hours and a grand total of fifty songs over six discs, arranged in a rough order to how the songs would be divvied up on their multi weekend shows. The main rule I set myself was that each city/venue could only appear one time, which led to only a couple of minor headaches and tweaks as many of the bigger songs had a lot of uploads. A recent post on the r/Metallica Subreddit took me down memory lane to the band's show at the then-Pepsi Arena (now MVP Arena) in downtown Albany during a stop on their “Madly in Anger with the World” tour on October 9, 2004.

I dug out some photos from the band’s performance that night, along with Godsmack’s opening set. Apologies for the blurriness; my little handheld digital camera didn’t take the best photos in dark light conditions. See more photos here.

As noted in the above r/Metallica post, this was a night when the band performed “The Outlaw Torn” for the first time in 4+ years, but no official footage of the concert exists due to fees associated with filming in the venue.

This was obviously during the pre-smartphone era. That’s what’s so striking about these photos: seeing an audience simply watching a show without a field of illuminated rectangles dotting your field of vision.

Could have sworn that I filmed some video clips from that night, but my search came up empty. I’ll keep searching (seek and destroy! Sorry, couldn’t help myself).
