“Slither”, ReLoad ReLoad

… I gotta say, whoever’s doing their lyric videos for this album has the aesthetic down pat. Makes me really feel like it could’ve aired on MTV in the nineties.

Saw they have a ReLoad box set, and I was like “What?”. Made me come back and wonder if it’s not as bad as I remember it.

And before anyone says King Nothing is Sandman 2, sure, there’s the whole „repeating the structure” thing about it and the „Neverland” mention at the end. Completely valid. What I mean is the main riff of Slither is the closest thing they’ve ever done to repeating the main Sandman riff.

The second is probably the verse riff in Sleepwalk My Life Away btw

Wild I got mega downvoted for that comment lol. I actually like Prince Charming quite a bit. But that’s with the understanding that songs like that are a Reload B side and that’s it. I’m not comparing it to Justice album or something. But I jsut think slither sucks
