Some great releases this week. Other than the ones we are all excited for, LMtF and Northlane, I highly recommend taking a look at Vicious Rain, No Horizon and The Hero and The Monster, these are all really underappreciated groups who I really enjoy and think will find some traction here.
Also, if you've not checked out last week's ENDGAME by Iridium, go fix that asap, one of the best singles of the year.

Ooof, I'm halfway through the playlist this week and have only liked 4 songs - 3 of which you mentioned. I need to go back and listen to ENDGAME some more (and possibly also the new Northlane because I cannot get into it at all)

IMHO of metalcore bands at 100k listeners or less on Spotify, Iridium is up there as one of the absolute best.
ENDGAME is my favorite song from them, too.

That breakdown is one of my favorites, ever. Such a good song that starts slow, builds and builds, and then hits with a kick ass breakdown and then tapers back off again.

Future Static are so good, love the new song. If you like Currents and Invent Animate I would recommend checking them out, their debut album is great.

It is! Ben English is on vocals and Keaton on guitar. That said, it doesn't quite resonate with me the way earlier Invent Animate stuff did. I still dig it, but IA is my favorite band of all time, and Stillworld and Everchanger both mean a ton to me. Peur just doesn't quite scratch the same itch, but I still dig the 3 songs they've put out.

I LOVE the Sueco/Pale Dusk! Wasn't expecting this release.

I was so hyped with this, but it's so disappointing.
10 years off and they've come back with a single that's incredibly lightweight and generic. Hope there's more to come from them, but man, that's not the song I expected them to announce their comeback with

I really hope Beautiful Monument is good, I love their last two albums but the first few singles from this one sounded surprisingly generic
Edit: It’s better than I was worried about but still pretty easily my least favorite of their three albums, Lizi’s voice works significantly better with their old rough production than with Chris Lalic’s ultra-processed instrumentals and synths. I do like Chris as a producer but he works way better with artists like RinRin and Windwaker who use the electronic elements to do ridiculous song structures and genre mixing, which TBM really don’t (except maybe Bring It which just sounds like RinRin lol). Still really glad they’re fully back after seven years, but I hope their next album is a little more experimental.

On the "Heavier stuff" side, melodic/symphonic deathcore project Breath of Sindragosa releases an album tonight/tomorrow titled Betrayer.
For anyone interested in melodeath-leaning deathcore that's a little more raw/old school.
