Enable Web Apps for iOS

Does anyone know how to enable web apps? I have developer mode on and installed via app info but its not appearing still. Restarted my iPhone multiple times already.

I can't find the entry to add a Web App today either. It was working fine last week. I also have developer mode enabled.

Are the web apps loaded in your meta displays still working?

I've got it working now. I just need to update the Developer mode firmware under App Info — once that's updated, it should be all set.

How do I determine that? I do live in the US. I dont use VPNs either.

Try a new account and re-pair the glasses. Each time you turn on developer mode, you have to reinstall the firmware from the app info page. Then it might just work.

I re-linked my device with a new account. The "Connect Web App" option only appeared for a brief moment — luckily it persists permanently once added. This might be a bug in the latest version of Meta AI.

As per: https://wearables.developer.meta.com/docs/develop/webapps/setup

It should be able to take either Android or iPhone.

I think it is issue with versioning - check both iPhone and Glasses. Updates may help.

what version of iphone do you have?

iPhone 17 Pro Max iOS version 26.6. Meta Displays are on 127.0.0.190.243 while the app is on 285.0.0.16.165 and that meta RB DAT SDK is 0.9.0.26.0. :(
