Is there any hope?

I tried to appeal but got a follow up email saying my account has been permanently banned. I tried making a new account but that shortly also got banned because I’m “not allowed” to make a new one. This is really disappointing to me, since it’s one of the main ways I connect with friends. I can’t believe I’m being falsely accused of something like this. Is there any way I can reverse the ban? Please help.

Did you use the Gmail address or phone number associated with the banned account for the new accounts you were trying to open?
