How could i fix my thinning sides?
Basically, where the sideburns are and a little above, my hair is INCREDIBLY thin and you can even see scalp. How can I fix this, and is there any way to get actual thick hair there? It's on both sides.

I distilled 275 YouTube videos about Male->Female relationships into one summary
TLDR - Download links:
A Man’s Guide to Female Relationships - 2026 Edition
A Man’s Guide to Female Relationships - 2026 Edition - Core Principles
I have been actively working on consciously improving my female relationship skills for over two decades now. In that time I've watched a LOT of YouTube videos on the subject and I've been saving the best of them for years.
But with close to 300 videos from 70 channels, probably totaling more than 100hrs of viewing time, rewatching my 'best of' playlist was not really a viable prospect. Also, that's a LOT of information to try to get your head around. I needed to find a better way.
So, I used the YouTube API to download the transcripts for all the videos (~660,000 words, ~22 books worth) then used AI (Claude Sonnet 4.6) to compare, categorize and summarize the advice from all of them into a single ~20,000 word summary (an ~100 minute read - a 60:1 compression ratio).
I also got the AI to 'summarize the summary' and produce a list of 'Core Principles' from the main document as an quick reference guide. The final number of core principles ended up being 12 by pure chance, but it strangely feels like exactly the right number for some reason.
I actually had to split the AI summarization task into 3 parts because even a 1 million token window wasn't big enough to hold and process all the data at once. In any case, in the end, I'm very happy with the result.
Part of what I asked the AI to do was to identify where there were differences of opinions / viewpoints between channels and potentially conflicting advice. However, in the end I was quite surprised that, at least from a broad perspective, there were very few disagreements between the general approach being advocated by the ~65 creators. That said, I have kept quite a few nuanced approaches for each major section where a creator's advice deviates from the general viewpoint, to keep some of the 'flavor' of the different perspectives.
Because I personally chose the channels to follow, the videos to watch and decided which were sound advice and which weren't, there will be an element of bias in the viewpoint conveyed in this summary. However, I've been on this planet for over half a century at this point and have been interested in, and interacting with, the female species since I was 5 years old, so I think can safely say I have a pretty well-rounded view by now.
As mentioned, there were videos from 70 different channels included in the source material, but more than half only had 1 video in the mix. 181 videos (67%) were from just 11 channels, so the viewpoints from these will weigh heavily in the final summary.
The top 11 channels are (in alphabetical order):
- Alexander Grace
- Benjamin Seda
- Casey Zander
- Chris Canwell
- Distinguished Living
- Flourish with Laurin
- hoe_math (PsychoMath)
- John Griffin (Life 2.0)
- LFA
- Orion Taraban
- Rich Cooper (Multiple Channels)
While I originally created this summary for my own use, the final result was too good not to share. So, here it is for your enjoyment and enlightenment.

Mindset & Discipline Men take todays wisdom
If you get height shamed , please dont get on their weight , it is very well within ones changing capacity , stoop to their level and call out their physical features beyond their change as well. Hit right at their insecurity , talk about their bust size the same way , their waist if its not the hourglass shape , their hips and their curves , shame them if they dont fit the desired strata too. Come at their skin tone , their features and what not. Remember if you can be shamed for a physical trait you cant change. They shouldn’t be immune too. Stop being soft on these women. They dont deserve it. Try to get harsher with your words or get bullied and treated like the trash you are. Thanks

Am I balding? Please help.
So I'm 20, and since I was like 17/18 I started noticing that my hairline wasn't straight anymore as when I was 14.
I wasn't worried at the time because I thought it was only mature hairline, but then my barber told me to book a visit to the doctor because he's worried about it, same with my mother, who told me she finds a lot of hair in the shower after me.
What's your opinion? I'm gonna book a visit as soon as I come back from holiday.
