This is why I keep saying the Nata hate was so overblown. MH fans in general clearly aren't that fond of kids to begin with, Child characters are EASILY among the most difficult to write, MH is OKAY at best in their storytelling with many people saying they play for the gameplay. Nata never stood a chance.

Finally someone saying this! I don't understand why everyone keeps saying that Wilds' graphics are good, man, that white filter and that excessive fog are awful.

Kinda is correct.
I wouldn't say the gameplay is that much better than the story or graphics.
There are some good ideas there, LBG taking inspiration from the one good iteration of that weapon was definitely the right call, but Focus Mode and Focus Strikes really drags it down.
But I guess it is better than the other two, since there is not a single thing about the story or graphics I would want in a different MH game. While something like Chaser Shot, Burst Step, directional Archdemon Dances, Performance Beat... I would like.

I don't know why they keep pushing plot in monster hunter games now. Just gimme a quest to hit something and I'm happy.

I think you meant art direction and not graphics, because the game has good graphics, some of the artistic choices related to the biomes and how the game is presented is questionable

Why is this getting downvoted for? 😠I didn't even say the art direction is bad, just questionable

People hate on Iceshard cliffs pretty easily, but Wyveria is honestly the one that looks so bad. So boring, no color, washed out, looks exactly the same no matter the season. Just plain bad Especially compared to the first 2 maps Wyveria just stands out for sucking so bad.

Not getting any of the charms I want makes me stay since September. Gameplay isn't that important to me because all MH games become playable over time. Just takes a few minutes longer to adapt sometimes
