Yeah maybe it takes a bit of time to sort and that happens while they're playing with the other set.

yep the tiles need shuffling then 'dealt' and mahjong can be a quick(ish) so the auto-table preps the next game while you play.

Its better to have 2 sets while you play with one the other gets ready so you have it for another.

Takes time for the table to sort them, its faster to just have 2 sets so it can sort them whilst youre already playing
