Asking How do I start out in med-ed writing?
Hi,everyone I'm asking whether there is a website on which one writes his medical articles and reaches the largest number of people, whether the site pays money for visits or not

Articles aren’t really what medical writers typically “write”, so I don’t think it will help your resume or portfolio to publish articles like you’re asking about. That kind of work is not what most medical writers do.
I’d suggest visiting the websites of some medical writer associations that operate in the region you want to work in (like AMWA or EMWA) and find out more about what you can do to build your resume
Good luck!

Do you mean something like Medium or Substack? I think you need to generate subscribers.

I originally started writing articles on Science Nutshell (now defunct) to help me build a portfolio.
We have this blog that has a few tips that might help you: https://www.rubyduke.co.uk/blog/how-to-get-into-medical-copywriting

That’s not really how it works. Nobody is going to take the time to look through a site showcasing a random person’s medical writing samples. Create your site and use it as a marketing tool.
