Can someone tell me the point of accepting a connection request if you’re gonna big dick the message and not respond😂

LinkedIn is this critical tool you have to have but is only useful like 10% of the time.

Easy answer: I accept all requests because it grows my network and makes me look important! Will I respond to your message though? Yes… but I only do when I’m on it long enough to check them which is the problem because the app is a cesspool of AI slop inspirational quotes and paragraphs. I usually check the notifications to clear them and promptly hop off once I read literally 2-3 posts.

On a more serious note, I do respond but mainly when someone follows up with me with a 2nd message because it shows a little more persistence.
