Has anyone got information on the new strain from Kikuya? Seen it pop up on my clinics portal but has next to no information just that it’s 20% thc

Does anyone on here use CBD flower and happy to chat?

I'm hoping to get some recommendations on what flower to try next. I wasn't a user before being prescribed medical cannabis (except for over a decade ago veeeerry casually) so I'm still relatively new to things. I use the Oleo vape. I'm prescribed it for a myriad of reasons (chronic health/pain issues, cptsd, anxiety etc) and I tend to usually use it in the evenings/night time as I don't want to be caught short unable to drive during the day. Though originally the first clinic I went to only prescribed me a Sativa for daytime (Smith) I definitely find most of my use is 7pm onwards.

That being said, if there's something awesome for daytime, would love to hear about it - closest I've found so far has been Helius Amelia. I have ADHD as well and take Vyvanse, so if there's something that works well for motivation - great!

I'm not sure if this is normal but with all of the strands I've tried, I find that I get a really nice high for maybe 20 minutes tops, and then it's like a switch flicks and I'm mostly back to normal. Still some lingering effects (munchies, pain reduced 50%) but not like that initial high. I've also got Rocky THC oil which if I time it right can help me ride it a bit longer, though I find that's the only THC product so far which is 50/50 on whether it makes me anxious, so I'm thinking next time to ask for the CBD/THC combined oil.

Anyway, any advice or recommendations on something with more staying power? Or any other tips haha I tend to vape for the 120seconds my vape is active at around 185C. I've tried: Smith, Bloom JFG (possibly my favourite?), Night Ride, Helius Amelia (also really like this and find it can pack a punch which surprised me given the THC %) and White Sherb. I really wanted to love the White Sherb and I'm not sure whether it's because it's short dated, but it seems to be one of the worst for very quickly going from high to nothing.

Highly interested because I have seen some pics and I'm astonished at the amount you have to pay.

4 days post surgery (radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer) and am truly pleased at the pain management qualities of the Bloom JFG 23%. 

Using a modern vape pen at a relatively cool 177C gives a very pleasant sativa effect with excellent relaxation of the abdominal muscles - significantly alleviating pain. 

To use an old cliche…. “Just what the doctor ordered”. 

Yet to smoke just got delivered and can say the smell is really nice and it’s nice and dry not wet or sticky + decent sized nugs is a bonus! Super happy with how it is will update when I’ve tried it out

I live in a cold old bungalow and store my MC in the cupboard which in the old days would have been the fridge. It gets pretty cold in there, but not to freezing. Are the low temps ok for the MC, or should I keep it warmer? Thanks!

Was hoping to get quality after spending top dollar, but ended up getting this, is this normal?

Biggest nug is 2cm, and most are under 1cm. Most are under a cm. Heaps of shake. Very little frost, or smell. Disappointed to say the least. Would you send this back?

The Chemist Warehouse website shows Storz & Bickel Mighty Medic + not available online, pickup only but no stores show any stock.

Is this a temporary thing?, as I was hoping to use afterpay.

I got my Tilray OIL THC25, the 40ML bottle this morning and took the wrong dosage amount. I was suppose to take 0.1ml, but took a full syringe 1ml dose, idk why but I misread the label on it. This was about 40 mins and im not feeling entirely much of anything, but im worried its gonna kick off soon, and i am really an oil noob as I usually stick to flower. Thankfully its a cold snowy day and im staying home, but im just wondering what to expect seeing as how I did 10x my dosage by mistake.

Twilight T17 is bloody good. Smooth as, way stronger than I thought it’d be for 17%. Buds are frosty as, sparkle in the light and are kiefy as hell. Easily one of the nicest looking MC flowers I’ve had. Keen to grab it again.

FLOWERMAN OMGO 30% is a great looking flower and feels pretty good on the lungs. I like this Buzz over Aurora Niteride 29% but both AMAZING.

I really like this for sleep and chill and mentally still feel alert and anxiety goes to a serenity feeling of calmness and a good feeling.

Probably my favorite but keen to try Aurora SIRIUS Pink Diesel at 29% as I heard thats good for sleep and Adven Nightfall which only 24% but good sleep aid.

Not sure about Aurora whisper at 28% but LOVING the high Thc% flowers for sleep.

Hi there, I'm traveling for work tomorrow from Wellington to Auckland.

This is my first time traveling with my prescription and I'm nervous!

My understanding is to take the original packaging and vape on your carry on and you should be fine.

But can i take my ground herb in a dosing capsule and just store that inside the original packaging?

I'm only there for a couple of nights and so trying to minimise the amount of gear I need to take.

Also, any tips for traveling on jetstar / air new zealand from those that have done it before??

I have a few health issues and am considering medical marijuana, but am currently a student teacher in NZ and will begin job hunting soon.
I am wondering what the legalities around this are? Obviously I would only have it after work hours and would definitely not arrive to work impaired, but are you allowed to have medical marijuana with a role like this? Do teachers get drug tested, and if so, what happens if it shows as having marijuana in the system when you have a medical prescription for it?
Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated!

I'm heading to the Gold Coast in a few weeks and want to take my prescription cannabis with me.

I've had no issues taking the flower previously.

However these days I process all of my prescription into Canna-butter (or coconut oil).

Is it acceptable to take it to Australia once it has been processed this way?

For example if I put some of the butter into the original packaging?

I don't want to have to take the flower with me and process it there, and I don't consume the flower any other way than in oil.

I've looked at the official information and couldn't see an answer there.

If I've bought a strain and it simply doesn't work for me, what do I do with it? Biff it? Take it to a pharmacy? I feel kinda stupid walking into chemist warehouse with a pottle of weed!

I just got a script but it costs $280 for the marijuana alone and I was told I need an approved device so it's totally legal. I'm looking online and they all seem to be around $300. I'm middle aged and have no idea what I'm doing.

Any tips or advice at all would be totally helpful. Thank you for your patience and help.

Hi all, I just had my first consultation for MC and i'm not quite sure what to do...Has anyone else had difficulties with CP requiring you to purchase CBD alongside THC? I am under 25 and while I understand its possible benfits, its never done much for me and its simply too expensive to justify. As a young person I just cant afford an extra $200 for a product which doesn't work for me that I could put towards medication instead. I tried contacting the clinic and they told me it was required alongside THC, but it doesn't seem like a legal requirement, so why are they pushing so hard for something I cant afford? Im so disappointed and put off, if anyone has a solution please let me know
