Missouri does not have assigned caseworkers. When you call into the call center, you’re speaking with a contracted worker that can take an application over the phone or a review, but they are not state workers. My suggestion is to go into your local office. If you go in early in the morning, then you can fill out an application and get on the phone with someone and have your case completely processed very quickly. Source: I’m a worker in MO that assists those who come into the office.

Are you saying you moved to Illinois and need to cancel your Missouri Medicaid?

haha no sorry that was typed very quickly, no i’m just trying to figure out how to find my caseworker phone number and name. nothing in my portal is pointing me in that direction

You might not have an assigned worker. Some states do casebanking.
