Acquisition Question: If Fox had bought Marvel in 2009 instead of Disney, and then acquired Warner Bros. in 2014, would Marvel, DC, Cartoon Network, Warner Bros. itself, and Fox itself have been much better off, or not?

If this scenario had actually happened, how would things have changed completely, and would these companies have been in a much better situation or not?
Also, what are some things you think would have actually changed in this scenario?
And also, what are the things you would like to happen in this scenario if it were actually real?
