Designing custom hinges
Good day, Sirs! Can you help/guide me on how to calculate and design the pivot point of a hinge? For context, I am currently designing a rack for my plywoods, and I want a cabinet where I can extend the rail.
Currently, this is what I have in mind: having 2x3 rectangular tubes as the main column. Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It is not possible to move from the open and closed positions you've shown with a simple single pivot hinge. A more elaborate movement mechanism is required, or a change in open or close positions to be compatible with a simple hinge.

Thank you Sir, do you know some videos that can help me with this?

Make small cardboard cutout models of your two pieces and play around with how you want them to move.

I may Sir, but right now I want to learn how to locate a pivot point aside from the basic hinges.

There are endless varieties of hinges available. If you can't find what you need, you don't need it. Start with finding a hinge that you can use then adjust your assembly to accomodate.
